Founded in 2004, Owner Duane Simpson is committed to providing excellence to our customers. He employs the best licensed and certified HVAC Technicians. Duane has owned and operated Accutemp since 2004. He has over 31 years of experience working in the HVAC industry.
In his spare time, Duane enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with his family, fishing, playing golf, and working on various hobbies.
Terry Buxton
Vice President of Operations
Terry has been with AccuTemp for 15 years and has worked in the HVAC industry for over 20 years. He works hard building relationships with employees and creating custom comfort designs for our customers.
When not at work, Terry enjoys fishing competitively & spending time with his kids and grandkids.
Stephanie Sanches
Vice President
Since joining AccuTemp in 2009, Stephanie is now the Vice President with AccuTemp. She has worked in the HVAC industry for 12 years.
She thoroughly enjoys working with her amazing team at AccuTemp and building lasting relationships with customers.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and our 2 children. In addition, she enjoys working in her yard on various landscape projects and serving at her church.
Bobby Bentzler
Warehouse Manager
Bobby has been with the AccuTemp team since 2007 and has been working in the HVAC industry for over 12 years. He thoroughly enjoys working with his fellow co-workers.
As the warehouse manager, Bobby oversees the parts and inventory for the company to keep operations running smoothly for all customers.
When not at work, Bobby enjoys fishing going to drag races, and spending time with his family camping.
Kourtney Phillips
Sales/Install Coordinator
Kourtney joined the team almost a year ago. Although Kourtney is new to the HVAC trade, she has an extensive background in communication. Previously a 911 dispatcher, she brings an assuring disposition to the team and remains calm in all aspects as AccuTemp's Sales/Install Coordinator.
She loves her coworkers and getting to meet and speak with AccuTemp's vendors and customers.
In her free time, she enjoys time with my family, shopping, hunting and fishing.
Haley Gallman
Service Coordinator
Haley has been with AccuTemp for a little over 3 months. She is newer to the team, but so excited to have found her “work home”.
She is new to the HVAC industry but has an impressive background in client coordination and customer service. Her experience brings a fresh prospective to our service department. Her favorite thing about working at AccuTemp is the genuine family-like environment with co-workers.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crafting, baking, singing karaoke, and party planning/coordinating.
Brent Weir
Comfort Consultant
Brent has been with AccuTemp for 6 months. He is new to the HVAC industry. However, his extensive background in customer relations & communication have been invaluable to our team.
He really enjoys & value the people he works with every day since the team genuinely care for the customers and put their needs first. He says that AccuTemp has a great team that works incredibly well together, always focusing on high expectations for the team and work.
When not working, Brent enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, fishing, going to the mountains and beach & watching movies.
Stith Bynum

Stith has been with AccuTemp for 4.5 years and has worked in the HVAC industry since 1991.
He enjoys the professionalism of the staff, the dedication to delivering value to the customers, and truly feels AccuTemp has the best interest of their customers at heart.
In his spare time, Stith enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren, raising cattle, ranching, reading, playing golf, and working in the yard.
Keith Montgomery

Keith has worked with AccuTemp for 7 years. He has worked in the HVAC industry since 2010.
Keith loves AccuTemp's friendly atmosphere and enjoys helping customers.
He enjoys spending time with his family when away from work.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys camping, playing with his dogs, and helping with dog rescures.
Jacoby Hall
Install Apprentice
Jacoby has worked for AccuTemp for 2.5 years and has been in the HVAC industry since 2016.
He feels AccuTemp is a laid-back and very cool place to work.
When not at work, Jacoby enjoys spending time with his family and riding horses.
